This fully‑automatic garden raised bed roll forming line is specially engineered for manufacturing corrugated metal panels for modular metal planter boxes. The complete production workflow covers decoiling, feeding, continuous roll forming, corrugated roller bending, hydraulic cutting and finished‑product output.
High‑flexibility design supports custom‑made profiles according to project requirements. Different panel depths, heights and corrugation patterns can be achieved by replacing forming rollers, to produce garden bed panels in various sizes widely used for home gardening and landscape applications.
Equipped with an integrated corrugated curving machine, the machine precisely forms the curved corrugated profile for garden bed side panels. After roll forming, the panel is shaped by the corrugated roller bending station, delivering consistent bending quality and uniform corrugation across each workpiece.
Adopting heavy‑duty chain‑driven forming stations, high‑hardness forming rollers and PLC touch‑screen control system. Operators set length and production quantity on the HMI. The line automatically finishes decoiling, feeding, continuous roll forming and hydraulic cutting. The separate corrugated roller bender performs precise curved shaping for garden‑bed panels, delivering uniform bending effect and stable product quality.
