This 2500mm hydraulic sheet metal folding machine (pan folder) is a heavy-duty hydraulic powered sheet metal forming equipment, widely used for bending and folding flat metal sheets into box, pan, duct profiles. Adopting full welded steel frame with vibration aging treatment, the machine delivers stable structure and minimal long-term deformation, ideal for HVAC ductwork, metal cabinet, roofing panel, door frame and general sheet metal fabrication workshops.
Unlike conventional press brakes that stamp sheet by upper and lower dies, this hydraulic pan folder lifts the folding beam to bend the workpiece, producing clean, sharp fold lines without scratching coated metal surfaces such as PPGI, GI, aluminum and stainless steel sheets. It is the preferred solution for thin gauge sheet metal box & pan fabrication .
